What We Offer

Tai chi and qigong classes last 30 minutes to 1 hour. Instruction is available in English and Spanish, and we will come to you. We also offer drop-in classes in public spaces. Invite us in or come join us!

    2. Get energized with QIGONG movements

    3. Get flexible and prevent injury with gentle WARMUPS + STRETCHES

    4. Develop inner strength with tai chi PRINCIPLES + VISUALIZATIONS

    5. Build muscle memory with REVIEW of previous forms

    6. Improve balance, coordination, and focus with NEW FORMS

    7. Leave loose and confident with AFFIRMATIONS/MEDITATIONS + COOL DOWN exercises

    8. Listen to an uplifting, culturally-relevant SOUNDTRACK the whole time!
